Below to operation. Fully locked in Running and 80 degree out Trolling positions. Locks when handle is up or down. Rotates when handle is to the left or right. Fastest Lay-Down on the market. Automatically locks in position when raising or lowering the pole. No knobs to loosen or tighten. Just pull down the Ridged Collar and lower or raise the pole. No ball bearing to rust. Internal Delrin Bushings and Nylon Bearing Surfaces provide smooth operation and prevent metal to metal contact.
